Reporting gets a facelift
As a result of some super useful user feedback we’ve made some updates to our reporting dashboards for managers. We took “you could look better” as a hint to strip back and simplify the reports so that users can easily get a quick and clear snapshot of firm and team performance. Managers rejoice!
Assigning brokers everywhere
We noticed that a lot of the ‘data change’ requests coming through were requests to reassign the broker associated with a client record. So, we’ve given admins and managers the power to do this in app.
If you ever come across the wrong broker attached to a lead, you can reassign them in app using ‘mark as’ (as in, mark as someone else’s), or let your admin/manager know.
We’re making life easier for your portfolio clients – rather than bombard them about individual mortgages that need attention in separate emails, we’ve grouped them in a meaningful way.
Now, when we send out messages about an upcoming expiry for a mortgage, we’ll also flag any others that need attention in the coming weeks.

Now that the world is returning to ‘normal’, life feels busier than ever – and we understand that your clients might not want to think about their mortgage on the school run, on the commute, during their workout… That’s why we’ve given them the ability to ask us to holler back later.
With the click a button, your clients can ask us to remind them of the last email we sent at a later date… This will help to engage them at a more convenient time, when they’re more likely to follow up with you.
