Eligible.ai is looking for an experienced Sales Executive to join our team. As one of the first impactful hires in our sales team, you will help develop new business with mortgage brokers, mortgage networks and clubs.
Our Sales Executives must love working with customers and thrive on seeing them succeed. You will leverage your expertise, industry contacts and knowledge to effectively identify opportunities, close sales and manage relationships. You will be working closely with the Eligible’s customer success, technology and product heads. Your compensation will include a base salary, car lease payments, share options as well as a commission.
Responsibilities:
Leverage your mortgage industry contacts to establish trusted relationships with mortgage brokers across the Directly Authorised territory. Build contacts with firms who are Appointed Representatives of Mortgage Networks.
Close new business, meeting or exceeding quarterly sales quotas and/or revenue targets.
Qualify leads via demonstrations and meetings to understand business needs.
Develop and maintain relationships with multiple professionals within prospect firms and to develop a buying constituency.
Rigorously manage product trials from beginning to close and successfully handover to customer success team.
Create sales pitch decks, proposals and negotiate contracts.
Manage upsells and renewals, as applicable.
Provide limited customer support  as needed to support demonstrations, trials and the conversion to full contract.
Consistently log and manage prospect communications, and keep deal status up to date.
Provide regular pipeline updates to management.
Act as the frontline of the company brand as you relay customer feedback to the product team as needed.
Maintain a deep understanding of the product and ensure customers are using the software to its fullest.
Execute renewal process, working closely with the customer success team.
Other duties as required. These might include: representing the company at conferences and events.
Qualifications: 
5+ experience in sales, ideally in B2B subscription SaaS software
Strong experience working with and selling to mortgage brokers and intermediaries
Strong communication, active listening, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Familiarity with CRM and support software systems.
Be comfortable with technology, curious to learn more, and good at explaining technology to non-experts.
Have high standards of integrity and trust that our customers and the Eligible’s team demands.
Be self-motivated and able to manage projects successful without oversight.
50% within the UK travel required
